We have been proud partners in Create Arts community:matters programme since 2019. This multi-arts project in Brent supports marginalised young people – including migrants, refugees, young carers and those with learning disabilities – to express themselves, build confidence and develop social connections through creativity 🎨
Last week, we enjoyed a wonderful training session from Create, alongside our partners, Brent Mencap Led by Create artist, Robyn, the session explored inclusive puppetry activities – combining making, play, storytelling and games. Good to learn and explore how activities might be adapted for different groups and needs – and fantastic to reconnect with friends at Brent Mencap.
